If only i could rest
If only i could just relax, eviscerate the text.
And take in stride the hugeish monoliths and kiss the megaliths of giants Who lifted once or twice or more the massive blocks like ants did to bear all manner of nature’s insolence of gargantuan trash
to form rubbish heaps and rubble piles and tunnels by the thousands. Here the stones immovable do prey upon my mind
Like enorming grey ebloated turds betray the mask of time
Like precise mysterious stony tones nerve-wracking in their chime
To leave deadweight unliftable this puzzle heft of crime
